Stress is part of our lives. To survive we should learn how to decrease stress level at home on a daily basis.
Everyone knows that in 21th century we all are being affected by stress.
There is no secret that stress evolves from our requirements, which should be covered with help of money. We all want better houses, cars, garments, travel etc. Our children also have their needs which should be managed by parents, thus list of requirements are growing constantly.
To complete our needs we are applying to jobs which we don’t like, or ignore recommendations on work life balance. To cover all loans we can’t quite tormenting jobs and search for better options. Thus we are stuck. Stress levels increase everyday and finally it affects the health which will need medical care, financial resources. We get to vicious circle.
The only option left is to reduce stress on a daily basis and here are best recommendations:
1) Dance
Physical action – is one of the best solution to reduce cortisol level in humans. It is good to go hiking & strolling to mountains, but, to be realistic, this idea can’t be accomplished on a daily basis.
The cheapest, healthiest and funniest alternative which we can have is – dance. You can dance at no cost at home, you even don’t need a partner. All you need is just a good music.
Have the option to dance with a spectacular views at home or at club? That will be even better for your mood.
2) Listen to the Music
Music has mysterious affect on us. Music was and always will be pleasant to human kind. It brings us happiness, boosts our activity, its just a magic which affects are not well investigated yet. Take a rule for yourself to listen to pleasant music everyday while doing the housework at least for an hour. Such routine will helps you to decrease stress at home.
3) Socialize
There are number of animals who can survive only within a tribe. Human is just another kind, which needs interaction with similar species. Covid-19 lockdown shown us better then ever, how human interactions are important in our lives. We just can’t survive without another human soul.
If you think you are interacting enough with your colleagues, you are mistaken again. The best communication is – with friends. Forget chatting with each other using social media channels. The real interaction comes with speech. If you are lucky enough and live in the same city, meet them in real. If not, simply take a phone (yes, the one which became just a digital monitor in your hand) and call them. You’ll feel the difference from the very beginning.
4) Read Fiction
We all read some news or business & high-tech updates on a daily basis, but this has nothing with stress level decrease.
What you really need, is to read the fiction. Similar to music, literature has some magic affect. We all imagine the scene of the same action using our own unique imagination. The book read by 2 persons has nothing in common from visual perspective. During fiction readings, our imagination is boosted and this affects stress level better, then glass of vine.
5) Get a proper Sleep
Proper sleep is key to healthy, organized and productive life. Qualitative, proper sleep became one of the biggest problems of modern society. There are millions of sleepless humans around the globe and number increases everyday, don’t be part of this community.
Do you know that our immune system starts its job while we are sleeping? Take a glass of lemon water before the bed, to aid your immune system and reduce its burden (please consult the doctor first, if you can afford late Vitamin C consumption).

As you can see from the list, fortunately simple things which might bring us joy and reduce stress, has nothing common with money. Thus use the gifts of civilization and be happy.
If nothing works, just change your job and find the one which inspires you best. As it was said – Follow your passion and you will never work a day in your life.
