Introduction

Every day, often without noticing, we shape our future through choices. Some decisions feel monumental — changing careers, ending relationships, moving to a new country. Others appear small and insignificant — what to say, how to respond, whether to try or to retreat. Yet together, these choices form the architecture of our identity. We do not simply find ourselves; we build ourselves, one decision at a time.

Modern psychology and neuroscience confirm what philosophy has long suggested: repeated choices physically reshape the brain, reinforce behavioral patterns, and gradually construct the person we become.

The Neuroscience of Decision-Making

Every decision activates complex neural networks, particularly in the prefrontal cortex — the area responsible for planning, impulse control, and long-term reasoning. When we consciously choose patience over anger or discipline over distraction, we strengthen these regulatory circuits.

This process is driven by neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections. Repeated behaviors strengthen specific pathways through a mechanism often summarized as: “neurons that fire together wire together.” Over time, what begins as effort becomes habit. And habit becomes character.

In this sense, identity is not abstract. It is neurologically encoded through repeated decisions.

The Habit Loop and Character Formation

Psychologist Charles Duhigg popularized the concept of the habit loop: cue → routine → reward. Each time we respond to a trigger in a certain way, dopamine reinforces that behavior, increasing the likelihood we will repeat it.

Choosing avoidance strengthens avoidance.
Choosing courage strengthens courage.

From a behavioral psychology perspective, small daily decisions accumulate into stable personality traits. Research in personality psychology shows that traits such as conscientiousness and emotional stability are influenced not only by genetics but also by repeated behavioral patterns.

Cognitive Biases: The Invisible Architects

However, not all choices are purely rational. Cognitive science shows that we are influenced by biases — mental shortcuts shaped by evolution. Loss aversion, confirmation bias, and status quo bias often guide decisions beneath conscious awareness.

Recognizing these biases increases metacognition — the ability to think about our thinking. Studies suggest that individuals with higher metacognitive awareness demonstrate greater emotional regulation and long-term decision quality.

In other words, awareness does not remove bias, but it gives us leverage over it.

Stress, Emotion, and the Brain

Under stress, decision-making shifts from the prefrontal cortex to more reactive regions such as the amygdala. This is why fear-driven decisions often feel impulsive or defensive.

Chronic stress narrows perspective and favors short-term relief over long-term growth. Conversely, practices such as mindfulness have been shown in neuroimaging studies to strengthen prefrontal regulation and reduce amygdala reactivity.

This means that the quality of our decisions is deeply connected to our emotional state. To improve choice, we must improve regulation.

Choice as Identity Construction

From a psychological standpoint, identity forms through self-perception theory: we infer who we are by observing our own actions. If we consistently act generously, we begin to see ourselves as generous. If we repeatedly procrastinate, we internalize that pattern as part of our identity.

Thus, the self is partially constructed backward — we become what we repeatedly do.

The Fear of Decision

Why do choices feel heavy? Because each decision eliminates alternatives. Behavioral economists refer to this as opportunity cost. The more options available, the more cognitive load we experience — sometimes leading to decision fatigue.

Yet avoiding decisions also has neurological consequences. Chronic indecision reinforces anxiety circuits and weakens confidence pathways. Action, even imperfect action, builds decisiveness and psychological resilience.

Living Consciously in a World of Options

Modern life overwhelms us with possibilities. Research on decision fatigue shows that excessive options can reduce satisfaction and increase regret. Clarity of values acts as a cognitive filter, simplifying choices and reducing mental strain.

When we align decisions with deeply held values, the brain experiences coherence — a state associated with reduced stress and increased well-being.

Conclusion

The weight of choice is not merely philosophical — it is biological and psychological. Every decision strengthens neural pathways, reinforces behavioral patterns, and gradually shapes identity.

We cannot control every circumstance. But through conscious, repeated decisions, we sculpt the architecture of our minds and the trajectory of our lives.

In the end, we are not only shaped by what happens to us. We are shaped by how we repeatedly choose to respond.

The post The Weight of Choice: How Every Decision Defines Who We Become first appeared on Vogue Portal.

The post The Weight of Choice: How Every Decision Defines Who We Become appeared first on Vogue Portal.

Introduction

Every world you have ever known began as a thought. Before there were cities, books, technologies, or civilizations, there was imagination. The human mind is not just a mirror of reality — it is an architect of it. From invisible ideas, it constructs inner landscapes that later shape the outer world. Understanding how the mind builds meaning, stories, and entire realities from nothing reveals the quiet power we carry within us every moment.

The Mind as a Creative Structure

Thought is not random. It follows patterns, associations, and frameworks, much like an architectural design. Each belief is a foundation. Each memory is a supporting beam. Each idea is a room added to an expanding inner structure.

Over time, we build mental “homes” — identities, worldviews, and assumptions about how life works. These structures determine what we notice, what we ignore, and how we interpret everything we experience. Two people can walk through the same moment and emerge with entirely different realities, simply because their inner architectures are different.

From Nothing to Meaning

A thought often begins as a fleeting impulse — a question, a sensation, a spark of curiosity. The mind takes this spark and weaves it into a narrative. This is how meaning is born.

When we say “this moment matters” or “this experience defines me,” we are actively constructing a world of significance. Language, memory, and emotion become the tools that transform raw experience into a personal universe filled with stories, values, and purpose.

The Role of Imagination

Imagination is the blueprint of creation. Everything humanity has ever built — art, science, culture, and technology — first existed in the unseen space of the mind. The future itself is an imagined structure we continuously revise.

Imagination allows us to step beyond what is and explore what could be. It lets us rehearse possibilities, envision new paths, and mentally inhabit worlds that do not yet exist. In doing so, it expands the boundaries of who we can become.

The Invisible Limits We Build

Just as the mind can create worlds of possibility, it can also construct invisible walls. Beliefs such as “I am not capable,” “This is how things always are,” or “I cannot change” become rigid structures that limit growth.

These mental architectures often form unconsciously, shaped by upbringing, culture, and past experiences. Recognizing them is the first step toward redesigning them. Awareness gives us the power to become both the architect and the builder of our inner world.

Redesigning the Inner Landscape

To reshape the architecture of thought is not to erase the past, but to reinterpret it. Reflection, curiosity, and conscious questioning act like tools of renovation.

Some ways to begin:

Observe Your Thoughts: Notice recurring patterns without judgment.

Question Assumptions: Ask where your beliefs came from and whether they still serve you.

Introduce New Ideas: Read, listen, and explore perspectives different from your own.

Create Mental Space: Silence and stillness allow new structures to emerge.

Conclusion

The architecture of thought is always under construction. With every idea you entertain, every story you tell yourself, and every belief you hold, you add another layer to your inner world.

You are not merely living in a reality — you are helping design it. When you become aware of this creative power, you gain the freedom to move beyond inherited structures and begin shaping a world that reflects not just who you have been, but who you are becoming.

The post The Architecture of Thought: How the Mind Builds Worlds from Nothing first appeared on Vogue Portal.

The post The Architecture of Thought: How the Mind Builds Worlds from Nothing appeared first on Vogue Portal.

Introduction

We often take for granted the idea that we remain the same person throughout our lives. Our memories, names, and appearances seem to suggest a continuous identity. Yet, when we look deeper—philosophically, psychologically, and biologically—this sense of a fixed self begins to unravel. Are we truly the same person we were ten years ago, or is identity itself an illusion shaped by time and change?

The Philosophical Perspective

Philosophers have long debated the persistence of identity. John Locke argued that personal identity is tied to memory: if you can remember an experience, then you are the same person who lived it. But this raises problems—what if memories fade, or are altered? Others, like David Hume, believed the self is not a stable entity but rather a bundle of perceptions that constantly change. From this perspective, the “self” is more like a flowing river than a solid object.

The Psychological Dimension

Modern psychology supports the idea that identity evolves. Our personalities shift with age, environment, and experiences. The adventurous spirit of a teenager may mellow into cautious wisdom in adulthood. Trauma, education, or personal growth can radically reshape how we think and act. In this sense, we are not static beings but dynamic, ever-changing selves.

The Biological Argument

Even our bodies undermine the idea of a stable identity. Most of the cells in the human body regenerate within years, meaning we are physically composed of entirely new matter compared to our younger selves. Neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to rewire itself—further shows that who we are is constantly being reconstructed. From a biological standpoint, identity is a process, not a fixed state.

Identity as a Social Construct

Society also plays a crucial role in how we perceive identity. We are labeled by our names, roles, professions, and relationships, all of which change over time. A person may shift from being a student to a professional, a parent, or a retiree. Each role brings a different sense of self, showing that identity is as much about social recognition as it is about inner continuity.

The Illusion of Continuity

The belief that we are the same person over time may simply be a useful illusion. It allows us to make sense of our lives, plan for the future, and take responsibility for past actions. Without this continuity, morality, law, and society would struggle to function. Yet, acknowledging the fluid nature of identity can free us from rigid definitions of who we “must” be and open the door to transformation.

Conclusion

So, are we truly the same person over time? The answer is both yes and no. We carry threads of continuity—our memories, our sense of story, our social labels—but underneath lies constant change. Identity is less about being and more about becoming. Perhaps the real truth is that we are never the same person twice, and that is what makes life rich, complex, and endlessly transformative.

The post The Illusion of Identity: Are We the Same Person Over Time? first appeared on Vogue Portal.

The post The Illusion of Identity: Are We the Same Person Over Time? appeared first on Vogue Portal.

Can We Ever Be Truly Selfless? The Paradox of Altruism

We admire acts of kindness. From anonymous donations to risking one’s life for another, altruism is often seen as the pinnacle of human virtue. But behind the praise lies a curious question: Can any act be truly selfless—or is altruism, in some way, always self-serving?

What Is Altruism, Really?

At its core, altruism is the act of helping others with no expectation of personal gain. It’s rooted in empathy, compassion, and the impulse to alleviate suffering. Whether it’s a parent sacrificing for a child or a stranger intervening in a crisis, altruistic behavior seems to reflect our highest moral instincts.

But here’s the paradox: if helping others makes us feel good, does that mean we’re doing it—at least partly—for ourselves?

The Hidden Rewards of “Selfless” Acts

Neuroscience shows that giving activates reward centers in the brain. Helping someone releases dopamine and oxytocin—chemicals associated with pleasure and bonding. In fact, studies suggest that altruistic people often report higher levels of happiness, purpose, and health.

Philosophers and psychologists have long debated whether true selflessness is even possible:

Some argue that every action—even generous ones—is ultimately motivated by a desire to feel good, avoid guilt, earn praise, or maintain a positive self-image.

Others point out that motives can be mixed, and just because an action benefits the self doesn’t make it any less virtuous.

So where do we draw the line between self-interest and selflessness?

Evolution’s Role in Kindness

From a biological standpoint, altruism often serves a purpose. In tribal societies, cooperation increases survival. Helping your kin means protecting your genetic line. Even helping strangers can boost social standing or ensure future reciprocity. In this light, altruism may have evolved not in spite of self-interest—but because of it.

This doesn’t make it any less beautiful. It simply reveals that kindness may be as much a part of our nature as competition.

When Altruism Becomes a Burden

Interestingly, some people take altruism to extremes—neglecting their own needs, feeling guilty for setting boundaries, or defining their worth through sacrifice. This “pathological altruism” can be harmful, not heroic. Being kind to others must include being kind to yourself.

True altruism, perhaps, isn’t about erasing the self—it’s about expanding it. When we see others as part of us, then caring for them becomes a form of enlightened self-interest.

So, Can We Be Truly Selfless?

Maybe not in the absolute sense. But maybe that’s not the point.

What matters isn’t whether we gain something from helping others—it’s why we choose to act when we could look away. If our kindness comes from empathy, if it creates connection, and if it eases another’s burden, does it really matter whether we also feel good in the process?

Perhaps the paradox of altruism isn’t a flaw—it’s a feature. A reminder that what benefits others can uplift us too.

The post Can We Ever Be Truly Selfless?

If You Could Design Your Own Reality, What Would It Look Like?

Have you ever paused to consider what your ideal life would be if you could design your own reality from scratch? No limitations. No boundaries. Just you — the creator of your own world.

It’s a powerful thought.

Most of us are so used to reacting to the world around us that we forget we have the ability to imagine — and even begin to shape — something different. Something more aligned with who we truly are. Designing your own reality isn’t just a fun daydream — it’s the first step in taking conscious control over your life.

Start with the Big Picture

What kind of world would you live in? Is it grounded in nature, surrounded by calm forests and flowing rivers, or does it pulse with the vibrant energy of a futuristic city filled with creativity and innovation? Would time move slower so you could savor each moment, or would everything move in perfect rhythm with your personal pace?

Ask yourself:

What kind of people would surround you?

What values would define your relationships?

What kind of work or passion would you pursue daily?

Emotional Landscape

In your ideal reality, how do you feel each day? Peaceful? Inspired? Loved? Excited? Your emotional environment is just as important as your physical one. Imagine waking up each day knowing your inner world is in harmony — free of anxiety, doubt, or fear. That emotional clarity becomes the foundation upon which everything else is built.

Freedom to Be Fully You

Your reality should be a space where you can express yourself fully — without judgment, without masks. A place where your talents, quirks, and dreams are not just accepted, but celebrated. In your designed world, authenticity is the norm, not the exception.

A Life Designed by Intention

Designing your reality is about moving from autopilot to intentional living. It’s not about perfection, but about clarity. When you define what you want your world to look like — emotionally, spiritually, physically — you begin to filter your choices through that vision. And that’s when things start to change.

Take the First Step

You don’t have to escape to a distant planet or wait for some future miracle. Start small:

Reimagine your morning routine.

Shift the conversations you allow into your space.

Create environments — both online and offline — that support your values.

Every choice you make is a brushstroke on the canvas of your reality.

So, if you could design your own reality, what would it look like?

And more importantly — what’s stopping you from beginning that design today?

The post If You Could Design Your Own Reality, What Would It Look Like? first appeared on Vogue Portal.

The post If You Could Design Your Own Reality, What Would It Look Like? appeared first on Vogue Portal.

Time is often considered the most precious “thing” for humans because it is a finite resource that cannot be replaced or regained once lost.

But our pace of lifestyle in recent years has become so overloaded that many people hardly can do even a small part of their tasks. This caused rumors about the time acceleration phenomenon.

Time Drain Theories

Social Networks

The phenomenon of time acceleration is often attributed to social networks and online resources, as they can consume large amounts of our time without us realizing it. After spending countless hours on our phones, we may feel as though some external force is interfering with our time management, leaving us feeling vulnerable.

Online News

In addition, some people argue that society, companies and countries produce an overwhelming amount of information that we feel obligated to consume to stay up-to-date both personally and professionally can contribute to the problem as well.

Fairly all these statements are reliable, but still, we might criticize this position, as surfing several social or news pages should not absorb such an amount of time, but we all agree that such actions literally drain our daily time.

Time Acceleration Evidence

Some people say that according to the findings, our day was shortened from 24 hours to 16-18 hours. Quite a significant difference, is not it?

During their nightly prayer, the monks of Athos noticed an unusual occurrence. For centuries, they had adhered to a specific prayer schedule, reading a predetermined number of prayers within a set timeframe, day in and day out. In the past, the monks were able to finish the entire program during the night and even had time to rest before the early morning service. However, the elders have now noticed that despite performing the same number of prayers, they are no longer able to complete them within the allotted time, as the night appears to have shortened.

The monks serving in the Holy Land made an equally astounding discovery in Jerusalem. For several years, the lamps at the Holy Sepulcher had been burning longer than expected. Traditionally, oil was added to the large lamps on the eve of Easter and burned out completely within a year. However, for multiple occasions now, there has been an unusual amount of oil left before the main Christian holiday. This phenomenon defies the laws of combustion, suggesting that time may be operating beyond physical constraints.

VP Hypothesis

Productivity

Let’s assume that on the planet earth everything has some intention. Everybody has some vocation. If person doesn’t realize his goal but is just wasting time, may be there is sacral intention to punish these people by draining time in a current period of time, making that person to pay more attention to this precious resource and be more productive in his/her lifetime.

Global Information field

Above hypothesis might be viable if there is any sacral energy around us, but let’s be more practical.

We can all agree that in modern society everybody has a loan, which should be paid on a particular date, generally once a month. Loans are usually long term, and all well-educated persons know that as soon as they cover the loan, the faster they will be free of obligations and will be able to direct their financial resources for other personal or family goals. All debtors vivid desire is to cover loans as soon as possible. People dream to receive payment of their salaries as soon as possible.

Villages are draining and people are moving to office-based jobs and paid salaries. All these people are being affected with the same desire, to receive their paycheck the earliest possible time.

Even in the beginning of month, people dream to have end of month quicker to receive next portion of salary.

Seems whole urban society is mentally trying to accelerate time. Even if you are not in this loop, you are still affected the idea since there is Information Fields theory and all humankind are part of it. Information fields and quantum physics is not esoteric knowledge but science-based theories.

Effect of Observer

Let’s imagine if at the beginning of the month 60% of the world’s population wish that the end of the month would come quickly so that they could receive their next salary.

According to quantum physics if observer can affect the object, what 60%-80% of population can do? How 60%-80% of population can affect the time flow with their power of thoughts?

Does this mean we are shortening our lives because of money that we receive as a loan or salaries? Actually, we are selling our lifetimes for cheap emotions of having a nice dress, or kitchen appliances, having a car etc.

Historically rural population was afraid of winter and colds, as social life was almost frizzed, there was no festive, all were sitting at their homes. Yes, they were wishing to spring come quickly, but on the other hand nobody was wishing time to accelerate, and autumn or winter come earlier.

Holy Books Position on Loans

The Bible and Quran both contain teachings and guidance on the subject of credit and borrowing.

In the Bible, there are several verses that warn against the dangers of debt and borrowing. Bible encourages believers to live within their means and avoid taking on excessive debt. Romans 13:8 says, “Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.” This verse implies that debt should be avoided as much as possible, with the exception of the debt of love, which is an ongoing obligation to care for others.

Similarly, in the Quran, there are several teachings about the dangers of excessive borrowing and debt. The Quran encourages believers to avoid taking on unnecessary debt and to live within their means. Surah Al-Isra, verse 26-27 says, “And do not be extravagant, for the extravagant are brothers of Satan, and he is ungrateful to his Lord. And if you [must] turn away from the needy awaiting mercy from your Lord which you expect, then speak to them a gentle word.”

In summary, both the Bible and Quran warn against the dangers of debt and borrowing and encourage believers to live within their means and avoid taking on excessive debt. They also emphasize the importance of treating others with kindness and compassion, especially those in need.

Conclusion

Unlike other resources like money or possessions, time is not something that can be earned or acquired back once it is spent or lost. Time is constantly moving forward, and every moment that passes is a moment that cannot be relieved.

As we know humans have a limited amount of time on earth, and we never know how much time we have left. This uncertainty makes time even more precious, because we are constantly reminded of our mortality and the fact that our time on earth is limited. Therefore my be humankind should rethink its values to stop pushing time forward and enjoy life with its best that is given to us on this planet?

Have you noticed the new trend of minimalistic interior designs?

More and more houses of representatives of affluent class, or so called aspirational class, are being designed taking into consideration this new trend.

It is noteworthy that even the most exceptional persons of our society are modifying their current homes, or are just building from zero new ones and are moving to it.

Definitely one of the most prominent trend setters were Kim Kardashian with her husband. With help of design luminaries, they redesigned the newly bought luxury house in suburban California estate to an outstanding piece of art. The house looks like a futuristic Belgian monastery with ultra-minimalistic design. After entering the building, guests dive deep to purity, light and simplicity. Place is free of cluttered furniture, decorative items, vases, rugs, pictures etc. Just clear space with a must have minimalist items.

The trend of ultra-minimalistic design has quickly spread over USA and other countries’ aspirational class members.

Vanity and wealth

But what about money? Usually, homes are considered as a casket of expensive items for aspiration class. Mentality remains the same as in mediaeval, but instead of some old items, they are frequently buying pieces of modern famous artists. Of course, for this reason they have very qualified art critics. For example, according to Kanye West, he sold Maybach and bought a Jean Royère Polar Bear sofa. Definitely, it is now an iconic item.

In western world we get used to highlighting family status and wealth via house decoration which used to be castles and palaces. However we all know there is one country which honours its ancestors’ traditions for centuries. This country is Japan. Aesthetic of Japanese minimalism has its roots in their religion – Zen Buddhism. They focus on keeping the surrounding simple, clean, and uncluttered. Japanese are living with just the essentials to keep harmony in their lives.

We know the Japanese as one of the most hardworking people on the planet and population with the highest life expectancy (women 90, man 84 years).

Trend or science?

Is the adoration of minimalism in western society just another new trend that mankind hasn’t witnessed during thousands of years of its existence, or is there some scientific knowledge behind it?

As always and everything in our life, new research is available to upper class society or aspirational class first. Afterwards, upon their favore, some portion of new research and knowledge is spread downwards to the masses.

Considering the power of metaphysics in our life, we can definitely state that what surrounds us influences our lives. Everything is an energy. Every item is the formation of energy. If something that we posses takes energy of its owners, can we consider how cluttered houses with enormous numbers of items drain its owners energy, depletes him/her?

On the opposite, a clean, simple surrounding of ether feeds us with its energy. After cleaning the house, have you noticed how something changes, as if time almost slow down around the person giving the possibility to fill up his life with new emotions, experiences and wisdom.

What if the new minimalism trend is not just a fashion, but well deliberated scientific knowledge that helps the aspirational class to gain the most precious thing on this planet – time.

What do you think about minimalism interiors? Do you practice throwing old, unnecessary items to clean up the energy streams? Share your thoughts with us in comments.

If you like the article, share it with friends on Facebook & Tweeter.

The post Minimalism – new trend of aspirational class first appeared on Vogue Portal.

The post Minimalism – new trend of aspirational class appeared first on Vogue Portal.

We all are different. None of us are equally the same. We all have our superpowers, straights and weaknesses.

Do you know that even food which we consume feels different for different people?

Some people feel the full spectrum of tastes of food, while others can barely list several components of the plate without looking at it.

This is not bad, nor good, it just shows how differently we perceive the world around us.

Recalling x-men movies, we can easily understand the straights of different peoples based on the superpowers they have. The superpowers discussed in movie are obvious, and are visible via personage actions. We can’t say that some of them are bad or good, we just see that all these superpowers are mesmerizing but all these personages are powerful on their own and this is great.

Seeing such superpowers and understanding them when they are exaggerated on a such level is much easier than revealing some hidden talents that are natural for you but can be unimaginable for these people who do not have them. For these people these talents might be even difficult to understand. If you have never tried the peach, how can you perceive its taste by other people’s tales?

It’s all about feelings

We can feel something or not. Unfortunately on a high level we can’t control this process. Yes we can become more conscious, which is being promoted so intensively in recent years. But we can’t feel something on the same level as so-called professionals do.

For example we all listen to music, we appreciate its beauty, but only very limited number of people reside in it. Those who feel the real magic of music can afterwards create these masterpieces that are delivered to larger audiences. Its huge difference between appreciating something and feeling each and every molecule of your body and soul, feeling each set of notes.

It’s very easy to discuss such obvious feelings as tastes, hearing music, viewing surroundings. But what if there are others which we even don’t know now, or are just in the process of revealing? For instance empathy, intuition, perception of symmetry and beauty, perception of other people’s character based on the physiognomic, perception of processes in the body, etc..

In religious books it is written that it is not right to say that some person or thing is bad, but it’s correct that some people are lacking good. If we run this statement through the prism of primitive feelings perception and examples described above, this statement becomes so obvious and true. You could be blessed or not to feel exceptional feelings. May be we are perceiving just 15-20% of surrounding. If some gets blessing to unlock extra incoming energy, he could feel extraordinary emotions that are not available to 70% of population on earth.

But now we have to understand how to gain these superpowers which are not material, can’t be bought for money, grabbed or conquered? Vogue Portal has gathered some useful tips on how to raise vibrations, check out our article.

Do you feel some superpowers within yourself? Do you think that you are lacking possibility to unlock these superpowers?

Share your thoughts with us, we’d like to hear from you.

The post Do Humans Have Superpowers? first appeared on Vogue Portal.

The post Do Humans Have Superpowers? appeared first on Vogue Portal.

You are here, on earth, which means that one of your ancestors lived on earth 5000 years ago and you are a bearer of history. This whole story is written in your DNA. Your DNA is the genes of not only your mom and dad, but also your grandfathers, great-grandfathers, and so on. They were all different in some way. They were good in something; They might had even some kind of talents.

Just imagine – you are the bearer of a piece of these talents.

How your life will turn out depends only on you, on your choice.

Man was born free. Not only a person as a separate individual. Homosapience as an entity was created by the Lord with free will to choose.

The choice of a person, and the consequences of his life, depends only on him.

Talents Alteration

Have you noticed that there are cases when girl is looking like her father, and a boy, on the contrary, is might look like his mother.

But there are situations when, despite the initial resemblance to the initial parent, the child begins to resemble the other parent – over time, while being growing up. And there is no accidental coincidence, on the contrary – with strong authority, one of the parents suppresses the child’s initial choice. Over the time, the child tries to imitate, absorb the skills of an authoritative parent, changing himself not only psychologically, but also at the physical level – facial features are also altered.

Over the years, it turns out that the child began to look like a completely different parent and it was a completely conscious, even his free choice.

By acquiring new patterns, a person changes his original choice – made during conception in the womb, thereby drowning out those talents and skills that nature has thrown in him at the DNA level.

Waiking Up

At some point in life, a person “wakes up” as if from a dream, catching himself thinking that he lives not by his own choice, but by imposed stereotypes. Yes, everything in life is possible calmly, harmoniously, goals have been achieved, but there is no spark, the very spark that leads the leaders of their lives to great achievements. And at this moment, a person realizes that he can achieve more in life, make it much brighter, s/he just needs to change everything, destroy the stereotypes created over the years, and start to follow the call of his soul, not to hide from his talents laid down by nature, but on the contrary, make them by their associates.

Thinking about talents, at first glance, it is difficult to catch them, but that’s why we started the analysis of behavior of the parents. Who the person looked like initially, in childhood, those genes prevail in him. If you can’t catch your own talents, or remember a hobby that you had your heart laid in at an early age, analyze your parents, grand-parents. Sometimes it’s easier to see other people’s strengths by watching them and analyzing their behaviors, and then think about how much you like those traits? If they resonate, try to start developing those skills. Remember, it’s never too late to start something from scratch, especially since the talent is in you and you can achieve success with the least efforts.

In addition to positive features, there are also negative ones. Having noticed them in your parents, grandparents, take them into arms, maybe this is your chance to eradicate vicious traits and improve your behavioral skills.

However, sometimes, people are quite happy with acquired talents, new possibilities they get in life, material aspects of being. But question still remains – should we alter ourselves to reach something we do not belong to, or find ourselves, as was written on Apollo temple in ancient Greece, and flourish the inherited talents?

Many people on our planet are dreaming of a successful life, prosperity, good financial income and many more.

However for many of them, these desires still remain the dream. Nothing changes. You might have watched how other peoples – your friends, neighbors, acquaintances are flourishing, but in your life nothing changes.

You might be wondering if they have some magic trick to achieve this kind of success and are striving to get this formula.

Today Vogue Portal will reveal the most simple, yet most effective solution on a road to success, which obviously should begin from self love development.

Revealing the main subject

The cornerstone of this story will be – YOU. Yes, you are the alpha and omega of your universe.

If you are interested in modern theories, you might have obviously heard about quantum physics theory, where the subject changes its behaviour based on the observer. It is called the observer effect, where the fact observing a situation or phenomenon necessarily changes it.

So what relation does it have to our theory of success?

Actually in your universe the subject and observer is you. Once you were born, this universe was revealed to you. Without you you haven’t noticed sky, ground, trees, people, objects around. Without you they would not have existed for you. You are the subject, but you are the observer at the same time.

If you are certain that everything around you matters for you, have you ever wondered how much you matter for yourself? How important are you? If you did, what have you done for yourself? Personally for you, not for somebody else, to impress them, by making some kind of image of yourself, but what did you do for yourself? And the second question is how frequently have you done it?

If you want to be valuable for somebody, some group of people or even society, are you valuable at least for yourself at this stage? If yes, how can you prove it?

Even if you are not, but you wish to, Vogue Portal will explain simple but effective ways to raise self love.

First and most obvious – you should get rid of unhealthy habits. If you are addicted to alcohol, drugs, tobacco or sugar, stop the consumption immediately. If you can’t manage it by yourself, apply for professional assistance.

Second, you need to add to your routine actions that improve your basic values as a person.

You can not achieve anything in life if you are not able to manage something. But how can you manage something if you can’t manage even yourself – the most simple thing in life.

Let’s say you won’t go to university if you haven’t passed the first class of elementary school.

Cornerstone of self love development

So here are the basic routines you should add to your life:

Take care of yourself on a daily basis – this imply basic things like:

Taking shower

Making your haircut

Making makeup

Cleaning the house you live in. Remember this is your primary space. If you can’t afford to make it nice, at least it should be clean.

Introduce following basic routines on a weekly bases, by visiting:

Hairdresser

Nail artist

Esthetician for waxing

Gym 3-4 times a week.

If you can’t afford to visit a specialist, manage these routines by yourself at first stage, afterwards you’ll get sufficient funds to visit the salons.

If you do not have time for any of the above mentioned, due to your job, children etc., reread once again introduction to this article, cancel your other tasks and take care of yourself first.

Add some pleasant home based rituals, they do not request significant investment, just a couple of dollars, but will bring you significant effect. Once or twice a week, in a relaxing mood, other tasks are not allowed with these routines:

Make a paper face mask skin care.

Meditate

Light an aromatic candle and rest with yourself in silence for at least 30 min. try to relax. Think about yourself, what do you want in life, listen to your body, what does it need?

Do yoga or other exercise

Buy natural flowers for your bedroom

Listen to music you love for 30 min.

Read the poetry for 30 min. – yes, this is not a joke. Poetry brings words in an innovative, beautiful way. It might calm you down. Poetry is the oldest form of literature. Poetry has been with humankind for millennia, so please don’t neglect this form of art.

Last but not the least, pay attention to your wardrobe.
