All you need is:
1/2 cup of blended rice (buy ready blended rice package, or mix yourself several types for instance long grain white rice, natural brown and wild rice)
1 cup still water
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 dining spoon olive oil.
Boil 1/2 cup of rice with still water. When rice is done, add coconut milk, take from the fire and add olive oil. Oil is very important as it helps to absorb calcium and silica properly.
Take this porridge up to 3 times per week.
In a 2-4 weeks you’ll notice significant difference. Your nails become much stronger and without brittles, while your teeth won’t have sensitivity on cold or sweet.
